Privacy Notice

Arts Kollective is a broker, not a lender. We do not fund your business ourselves. We connect you with Lendflow, a funding platform, and the network of lending partners Lendflow works with, so they can evaluate and potentially fund your request. WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT: your Social Security number, bank account and routing numbers, and financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, and similar) are never typed into anything on our website and never reach our servers. When you're ready to move forward, those go directly to Lendflow through their own secure application widget, which is served entirely from Lendflow's own systems -- not ours. WHAT WE DO COLLECT: when you submit our funding inquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, entity type, industry, time in business, a banded range for your annual revenue (never an exact figure), the amount you're seeking, what you intend to use it for, and your state of residence. We also record which of our team members or partners referred you, if applicable, and whether you agreed to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH: we share the information above with Lendflow and the lending partners in Lendflow's network, for the purpose of matching you with funding options. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT: we retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to pursue your funding inquiry and for our legitimate business recordkeeping and legal obligations. We're still finalizing a fixed retention and deletion schedule; in the meantime, you can ask us to review or delete your information at any time using the contact below. YOUR CHOICES: agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, or email is optional and is never a condition of receiving funding -- you can decline it and still submit your inquiry. If you've agreed to contact, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send, or by contacting us using the information below.
